• 022. We write our guarantees. Articles 4 and 9 of our terms — no marketing promise.
• 033. We host in Europe. Switzerland (Infomaniak), EU CDN (Bunny.net). Anonymised audience measurement via Google Analytics 4 (Consent Mode v2, truncated IP, 14-month retention). No Facebook Pixel, no third-party advertising cookies.
• 044. We are reachable. Single contact, reply within 24 business hours, half-hour response for production incidents.
• 055. We document subprocessors. Public list: Infomaniak, Stripe, Bridge, Wasabi, Cloudflare DNS.
• 066. We refuse certain practices. No dark patterns, no hidden opt-out, no false promises of Google rankings.
